Initially firm was started in name of JINDAL ENTERPRISES & ANNAPURNA INDUSTRIES having their headquarter in Chandni Chowk

Starting with supplying of export packaging material and engineering goods to several industries to advising them regarding several EXIM incentives provided by government we always provided best possible advise to industry.

In the Era of New Economic Policy 1991 (Opening INDIA to world: LIBERALISATION & GLOBALISATION)announced by then Finance Minister Hon’able Manmohan Singh we were helping Industries across sectors getting max benefit through government policies regarding Export & Import.

Mr. Krishan Mohan Khemka (Shashi) & Mr. Inder Mohan Khemka (Sushil) also joined the league in early 1990s and started providing DGFT consultancy and liasoning services to Exporters and Importers.

At that time Import was dependent on REP licence & SIL Licence(Special Import Licence) followed by Export incentive in name of DEPB. We are pioneer in dealing with export incentives and providing requisite import licences to importers.

Khemka Exim Solutions Private Limited was incorporated in 2001 taking this profession to new heights.

Since then we have served more than 200 clients across sectors including nation’s leading Importers/ Exporters/ Multinationals/ Custom Brokers/ Chartered Accountants etc.
